這是一道簡易好味的小菜。蒜蓉跟蝦一起蒸熟,天然美味,粉絲吸收了蝦和蒜蓉的香氣和味道,超級好吃!

 

 

 

 

蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蝦

 

 

材料:

 

大蝦 6至8隻
乾粉絲 1小包
蒜蓉 1湯匙
葱花 適量
芫茜(香菜)適量

 

 

 

 

調味料:

 

麻油 1茶匙
海鹽 適量

 

 

 

 

做法:

 

1. 將大蝦剪去蝦腳和觸鬚,挑去蝦腸,在蝦背上剪開蝦殼,將蝦肉開邊備用
2. 粉絲用溫水浸軟剪開小段,瀝乾水分盛起上碟,用2茶匙生抽和1茶匙麻油拌勻
3. 將處理好的大蝦置於粉絲上,待用
4. 用2湯匙生油起鑊,放入蒜蓉後關火盛起(不要炸脆蒜蓉),加入1/4茶匙海鹽拌勻,待油溫冷卻後放入蝦背
5. 燒一鍋水,水開後將粉絲大蝦隔水大火蒸6分鐘,灑上葱花芫茜便可上碟享用

 

 

 

 

小貼士:

 

1. 本食譜最好採用新鮮蝦,保持鮮味
2. 也可先將粉絲蒸3分鐘,再放上蒜蓉大蝦蒸6分鐘
3. 蒜蓉不要炸脆,只需過油待蒜蓉釋放出香味,否則蒜蓉過脆會有苦澀味
